1. Agency, not ownership

We do not own your digital rights — you do, always. We are your advocate: you authorize us to act on your behalf, and we take a fee for it. Enforcement-vendor costs (e.g. Pixsy) are passed through and shown on every settlement.

2. What you authorize us to do

With the grants below, you give us the right to sell and license your digital images and videos on your behalf, pursue unauthorized use, and package your content for sponsors and investors — each one a separate opt-in, each one revocable.

3. Defaults & ranges

Every new advocate starts on the default rights package shown by the toggles below. Terms are negotiable inside our published ranges. If what you need falls outside our ranges, we may decline the application — no hard feelings, viewer tier stays free forever.

4. Traction earns better terms

Users who gain more traction gain more rights and better percentages under our contract. Tier thresholds published on the dashboard.

5. Money

Recoveries, license sales, and sponsorships pay your tier share via Stripe, direct to you. Platform fee + passed-through vendor fees are itemized on your ledger, every time.

6. Your privacy controls

Settings gives you fine-grained control over how we use your content — discovery, monitoring, investor visibility, watermarking, and more. Turning monitoring off pauses advocacy detection for your content.

7. Nothing without your YES

Grants default OFF. Silence is never consent. Turning a grant off applies to all new deals immediately; signed deals run their stated term.

8. Credits & splits

Multi-dancer videos split by the percentages all credited dancers accepted.

9. Leaving

Leave anytime. Your content stays yours; in-progress matters finish under the terms they started under.

10. The obvious stuff

You confirm uploaded footage is yours to post. Good-faith resolution before anything formal. Counsel finalizes this text before any real signature is collected.

1. Accounts are free. Forever.

Every tier. We never charge for an account.

2. Ads are by choice

Support ads play only when you tap the support button, in a corner, never blocking. Your ad-length setting is yours. Watching pays the dancer on screen.

3. Your content is yours

We never take ownership of your videos, moves, name, or likeness. Advocacy is agency: you can authorize us to enforce, sell, license, or sponsor specific content — every grant is a separate opt-in, every grant is revocable, silence is never consent. Full rights agreement: More → Rights agreement.

4. Money

Payouts go direct to you via Stripe; we never hold your funds. Platform fees and enforcement-vendor costs are itemized on your ledger. Recovery shares follow your tier under the rights agreement.

5. Community

Battles are decided by votes — one per member. Call outs are invitations, not obligations. Respect in the circle applies here too: no harassment, no stolen uploads, no fake credits.

6. Leaving

Leave anytime; your content stays yours; in-progress matters finish under the terms they started under.

7. Privacy

Fine-grained controls live in Settings. Monitoring can be paused. Analytics/advertising pixels are disclosed here: the app uses AdRoll for reach measurement once configured.
